Who We Are
Empowering Communities Since 2016
Tejaswi Educational Society (TES) is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting communities through education, health, and livelihood initiatives. Since its inception in 2016, TES has focused on providing skill-based training for underprivileged youth and women in rural and tribal areas, enabling them to build sustainable futures.
The initiative provides youth with technical training as per the market requirements and opportunity for holistic transformation, leading to a win-win situation for all stakeholders. Almost all of Tejaswi Educational Society skills training eneficiaries come from deprived social and educational background, with a male to female proportion of 48 to 52 percent of total trainees.

Our Services
We offer a range of skill development and entrepreneurship programs that open doors to employment and self-sufficiency.
Skill Development Programs
Courses in tailoring, electrical work, plumbing, beautician training, computer skills, and more.
Entrepreneurship Training
Support and guidance for self-employment, including help with bank loans and business setup.
Women Empowerment
Tailored programs for women including stitching, hand embroidery, Aari Zardozi, and home nursing.
Driving & Technical Skills
Programs like LMV driving, two-wheeler repair, mobile servicing, photography and videography.
IT & Office Skills
Training in DTP, Computerized Accounting, Data Entry, and Desktop Publishing for office readiness.
Placement & Mentoring
TES supports job placement, soft skill development, and ongoing mentoring for sustainable careers.
Training Infrastructure
TES operates five strategically located training centres across Andhra Pradesh, each designed to deliver world-class vocational and entrepreneurial education in both rural and urban environments:
- PIRED (Palakonda): Equipping rural youth with business and technical skills
- GIRED: Exclusively focused on tribal youth skilling and upliftment
- DDUGKY: Government-supported residential training with holistic curriculum
- Satellite Centres: Located in Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, and Nellore
All centres feature classrooms, dormitories, fully equipped labs, and expert faculty for an uninterrupted, hands-on learning experience.
